Interview with author Peter Ruffles
Phil recently interviewed Peter Ruffles, author of a new book called 'Hertford Through Time'.
The book contains 180 ‘then and now’ photographs – half of which are old photographs set alongside contemporary full colour photographs which illustrate the same scenes today.
The contrasting illustrations provide an accessible and interesting way of seeing the changes that have taken place in Hertford over a century or more of expansion and re-development.
